2. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Platform — including IFRS-labelled statements, P&L, balance sheets, audit checklists, tax bands (PAYE, NAPSA 5%, NHIMA, VAT 16%, WHT), Zakaat calculators (gold 87.48g / silver 612.36g nisab), FX conversions, or compliance dashboards — constitutes accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment, or religious advice. Always confirm statutory positions with a ZICA-registered accountant and current ZRA guidance before filing.
3. Accuracy of Rates & Figures
Exchange-rate figures are indicative snapshots that may differ from Bank of Zambia official fixings at any moment. Sample/seed data (names, TPINs, amounts, logs) are fictional demonstrations; resemblance to real entities is coincidental except where public institutions are named descriptively.
4. Browser-Native Operation
The Platform holds data locally in your browser. ABC does not receive, review, back up, or certify your records. On-screen "visitor logs", "health scores", and "gateway" animations are interface features — they are not certified audit trails.

Links to WhatsApp (wa.me), Bank of Zambia, ZRA VSDC and other sites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are their owners' responsibility.
6. Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, ABC excludes liability for losses arising from use of the Platform, including data loss from clearing browser storage, device failure, or reliance on computed figures. Use requires periodic Master Backups via Central Data Hub.
